Cielo's Pizza Co. is a growing Los Angeles-based pizza catering and events company specializing in on-site pizza catering, private events, weddings, concessions, pop-ups and large-scale events. We're looking to grow our team with dependable, hardworking people who can keep up in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality and professionalism our clients expect. We are currently hiring for multiple positions, so responsibilities and schedules will vary depending on your experience, availability and interests. Positions Available Catering & Event Crew Travel to weddings, private parties, corporate events and other catered events Load and unload equipment and supplies Assist with event setup and breakdown Prepare, cut, box and serve pizzas Maintain and restock buffet/service areas Keep work areas clean and organized throughout service Provide friendly and professional guest service Concessions Crew Work large-scale events, including sporting events, concerts and special events Prepare, cut, box and serve pizzas in a high-volume environment Restock supplies and maintain an organized station Work quickly and efficiently during high-volume rushes Follow venue, food safety and company procedures Kitchen & Prep Crew Assist with pizza and catering prep in our commercial kitchen Ingredient and topping preparation Dough and pizza production assistance depending on experience Prep for upcoming catering and concession events Packaging, organization, cleaning and restocking Maintain a clean and food-safe workspace What We're Looking For Experience is helpful, but reliability, speed, work ethic and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.

Ideal candidates are:

Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Organized and clean while working Comfortable being on their feet for extended periods Able to lift and carry event equipment and supplies Comfortable working evenings and/or weekends depending on position Professional around clients, guests and venue staff Food service, catering, pizza, concessions or kitchen experience is a plus Reliable transportation is strongly preferred for catering/event positions due to varying event locations throughout Southern California. Pay & Growth Starting pay is $22/hour, with opportunities to earn up to $35/hour based on experience, position, speed and efficiency, level of responsibility, performance and longevity with Cielo's Pizza Co. As you learn our systems, become faster and more independent, and take on additional responsibilities, there is room for increased pay and more opportunities. Scheduling This is not a traditional Monday-Friday restaurant position. We have different schedules available depending on the role. Catering and concession work is primarily based around our event calendar and may include weekends, evenings and longer event days. Kitchen and prep shifts may be available during the week as we prepare for upcoming events. Applicants do not need to be available for every type of shift. We'll consider your availability and experience when determining which area of the team may be the best fit.
