As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will assist with food preparation, ensure safety standards are met, and support the smooth flow of restaurant or hotel dining services. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us serve delicious meals efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive environment. Duties Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards and presentation expectations Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices Support kitchen operations through manual handling and heavy lifting, ensuring safe lifting practices at all times Buss tables, clear dishes, and support serving staff to maintain a clean and organized dining area Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing purposes Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred Experience in cooking, food preparation, bussing, or guest services is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and deliver excellent customer service Previous banquet experience or hospitality background is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Join us if you're eager to develop your culinary skills, thrive in a lively team setting, and contribute to creating outstanding guest experiences.
