Job Description
Role Overview Kitchen staff members are essential to the success of our Kpot locations, ensuring high standards of food presentation, quality, and prompt service. They work as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional dining experiences by preparing, plating, and presenting plates in accordance with our restaurant's standards. If you are passionate about food, teamwork, and creating memorable meals, this position is for you! Responsibilities & Duties Ensure all dishes are made according to food safety regulations and restaurant guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Assist in receiving and stocking food supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following sanitation and safety protocols. Work efficiently to meet deadlines for food preparation and service, especially during peak hours. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen/butcher is preferred. You will be cutting and prepping a minimum of 500 lbs of meat a week!
