This role assists with pizza preparation, order taking, food service, customer service, cleaning, stocking, and general restaurant activities. Common Job Roles Pizza Restaurant Team Member Pizza Restaurant Associate Pizza Service Associate Restaurant Team Member Food Service Associate Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders and process payments accurately Assist with pizza preparation, topping, portioning, and order assembly Prepare and package customer orders according to restaurant standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, counter, dining, and service areas Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and restaurant supplies Operate ovens, kitchen equipment, and POS systems safely as trained Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties Requirements Previous pizza, restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality Preferred Skills Experience in pizza or restaurant operations Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling Good multitasking and time management abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team About the Company Totally Rad Pizza is a pizza restaurant focused on quality food, efficient service, and a welcoming customer experience.
