Duties Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and food prep stations safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness by adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices throughout the shift Ensure recipe adherence and consistent quality in all prepared items for high-volume production Collaborate with team members to meet customer demands quickly while maintaining a positive kitchen environment Experience Prior food service experience in a pizza restaurant or catering setting is highly preferred Dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus for understanding special dietary needs Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in high-volume environments Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation within a fast-paced setting Previous culinary or fine dining experience is advantageous for maintaining high standards of quality Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional pizza experiences!
