Position Summary Naan Stop is a fast-casual Indian restaurant following an Assembly Line Concept, similar to Chipotle, CAVA, and Panda Express. We emphasize fresh, authentic Indian cuisine with a straightforward build-your-bowl system designed to suit all taste preferences. Restaurant Team Member contributes to a positive guest experience by preparing and serving high-quality food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and friendly restaurant service. Please note that this position will require a background check.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cashier/Front Counter:

Greet customers, take orders, process payments, handle POS/online orders, and maintain a clean counter.

Food Sever/Team Member:

Assist customers, serve bowls, platters, naan and beverages, maintain presentation and keep the service area clean.

Dishwasher/Kitchen Utility:

Wash dishes and equipment, support kitchen cleaning, and maintain sanitation and organization. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior experience in food service, customer service, or retail is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of POS systems and food safety standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Work Environment This position operates in a dynamic restaurant setting that includes both guest service and kitchen responsibilities. Team Members work on their feet for long periods, handle food and equipment, and engage directly with guests. A positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality are essential for success.
