Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain food safety and sanitation standards through proper handling, storage, and cleanliness practices Assist with food handling tasks including cooking, plating, and packaging to ensure timely service during busy hours Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is welcoming and organized Manage time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment Experience Prior experience in food preparation, food service, or a quick service restaurant is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order totaling are essential Experience in customer service roles that involve serving guests or retail environments will be advantageous Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is highly valued Previous kitchen experience or working in a café or grocery store setting can provide a strong foundation for success in this role Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
