Role:

Totus Tuus LLC is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Commissary team member to join our growing operation in Addison, TX! Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce food items in a commissary kitchen setting according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating food inventory and supplies Package and label food products accurately for distribution or service Follow all food safety and handling protocols in compliance with health regulations Support kitchen staff with prep work, portioning, and batch cooking as needed Monitor and report low stock levels or equipment issues to management

Requirements:

Prior experience in a commissary, commercial kitchen, or food production environment preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices (ServSafe certification a plus) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent food quality Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, or varying shifts as needed
