This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precise prep work, takes pride in consistency, and can stay organized while working through a production list. You'll be responsible for preparing desserts, fresh tortillas, garnishes, sauces, and other assigned prep according to established recipes and standards. This is a hands-on production position. You do not need formal pastry-school training, but professional kitchen experience, strong organization, and attention to detail are important. We are always looking for experienced cooks and prep cooks to join our team. Our scratch kitchen requires team members who can read our recipes and make them according to company spec. Cleanliness and strong kitchen skills are a must to work in our team. We are happy to train outgoing and dedicated people looking to advance their education.
