We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals to help provide fast, friendly service to guests during the remaining Texas A&M home football games . This is a temporary event position in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Team members will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, operating POS systems, handling transactions, maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, and providing an excellent guest experience. We are also specifically looking for individuals with kitchen experience. Experience with food preparation, commercial kitchen equipment, cooking, prep work, or high-volume food service is highly preferred.

IMPORTANT GAME COMMITMENT

Applicants must be available and willing to work ALL remaining 6 home football games. This is a mandatory requirement for the position. We are especially looking for reliable staff who can commit through the final home game, which will take place the day after the Texas game . There may also be opportunities to discuss other positions and additional work opportunities for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and availability. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of concession foods and beverages quickly and accurately. Perform food preparation and kitchen duties as assigned. Safely operate concession and kitchen equipment such as fryers, warmers, grills, and other appliances. Provide friendly, professional customer service to Kyle Field guests. Take customer orders and ensure food and beverage requests are prepared correctly. Operate POS systems when applicable. Process cash and card transactions accurately. Upsell food, beverages, and other products when appropriate. Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation, serving, and customer areas. Restock food, beverages, supplies, and other concession products throughout the shift. Monitor product freshness and report inventory shortages or other issues. Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements. Work efficiently as part of a team during high-volume game-day periods. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other game-day duties as needed. Required Qualifications Must have a valid government-issued ID. Must have a valid TABC certification. Must have a valid Food Handler certification. Must be available to work ALL remaining 6 home football games . Must be available for the final game the day after the Texas game . Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to provide friendly and professional customer service. Must be comfortable standing and working for extended periods during game days. Preferred Skills & Experience Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is highly preferred. Experience working in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, concession stand, catering operation, or high-volume food service environment is a plus. Experience with food preparation, cooking, grilling, frying, or kitchen prep is preferred. Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment is a plus. Previous experience in food service, concessions, restaurants, catering, retail, or customer service is preferred. Ability to work efficiently and remain professional during busy periods. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
