Non-Exempt Job Summary Crispy Cones is seeking friendly, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team! Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by preparing our signature soft-serve cones, maintaining a clean work environment, and working collaboratively with team members. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy a fast-paced, team-focused atmosphere and take pride in creating high-quality desserts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and serve handcrafted cones and soft-serve creations with attention to detail and presentation. Bake cones according to company standards. Interact positively with guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience. Maintain a clean and organized prep, service, and cooking area throughout the shift. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed. Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Demonstrate flexibility by being available for day, evening, and night shifts, including Sundays. Knowledge Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures. Familiarity with fast-paced service environments preferred. Awareness of cleanliness standards in food service operations. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks. Attention to detail in product preparation and customer service. Abilities Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks consistently. Ability to adapt to changing priorities during a shift. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred, but not required. Must be able to work Sundays and assist with opening and closing shifts.
