JOB DETAILS POSITION SUMMARY
•LMSW Assessment Specialist
POSITION DUTIES
•Conducts comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments, evaluates patients for admission and level-of-care needs, collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team, coordinates crisis intervention services, and helps develop discharge and aftercare plans to support safe patient transitions.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•TX
LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A
Master's degree in relevant field BLS HWS 1+ year recent acute hospital experience in specialty
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Familiarity with managing patients in emergency settings
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT
•13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK
•7pm-7:30am, Sunday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Friday. Every other weekend. SYSTEMS
