Student Services Support
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work as part of the Student Services Team to support elementary and intermediate campuses with scheduling, report cards and progress reports. Also work with the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) group on accurate state reporting. DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide guidance, training, and other support to district and campus staff members in using the Student Management System. Develop and maintain the master schedule for elementary and intermediate schools. Provide training, guidance, and reports as needed to support campus staff members in this process. Provide training, guidance and other support regarding generating report cards and progress reports for elementary and intermediate schools. Develop and maintain the PEIMS course equivalency table for PEIMS course reporting to Texas Education Agency (TEA). Provide support to the PEIMS manager regarding state reporting and correcting issues that may cause fatal errors on the submission. Support the efforts of the Information Systems Technology Department in implementing the overall technology plan for the Conroe Independent School District. Maintain confidentiality. Maintain regular attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
One (1) year of experience at an elementary or intermediate campus
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
High school diploma
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Experience in problem analysis Knowledge of eSchoolPlus Student Management System Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) Strong teamwork and positive human relations skills Ability to analyze needs and apply programs to meet specific needs Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data
