Effective communication skills with both guests and team members Responsibilities (On the job training) Customer Service-Taking orders, handling transactions Food prep-Preparing ingredients, assembling menu items, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met Cooking-Operating kitchen equipment like fryers, grills, and ovens to cook food items Cleaning-Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms. Stocking-Keeping inventory organized and restocking supplies when necessary. Team Collaboration-Working with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
