Duties Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including counters, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning routines Support bussing and cleaning duties to ensure dining areas are tidy and welcoming for guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment using safe lifting practices Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests at counters or tables, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payment transactions accurately Conduct food running duties to ensure orders are delivered promptly from kitchen to guest tables or service stations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential Experience with kitchen operations, including food preparation and sanitation standards Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact with guests Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks confidently Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy fuels our success!
