POSITIONS

SERVER / EXPO We need someone who is:

• Organized
• Loves working at various difference paces

Detail Oriented You'll:

• Oversees plating and ensures that dishes meet presentation standards before they reach the customer.
• Manage the timing and flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that meals are delivered promptly.
• Act as the last checkpoint for accuracy and presentation, making sure that orders are correct before they leave the kitchen.
• Serve as an intermediary between customers and kitchen staff, playing a significant role in customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate food preparation and delivery, ensuring efficient communication between the front and back of the house.

LINE COOK

We need someone who:

• Excels in high-volume kitchens
• Maintains quality under pressure
• Adapts to menu changes

You'll:

• Prepare dishes with fresh ingredients
• Ensure timely meal preparation
• Maintain clean workstations
