MONDAY-WEDNESDAY
Restaurant Hours 10AM-3 & 5-9:30 Avg 30 hrs a week Overview Join the energetic culinary team at Crimson Dragon Cafe , an Asian fusion restaurant where bold flavors and teamwork come together to create unforgettable dining experiences. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will play a vital role in daily kitchen operations, supporting food preparation, cleanliness, and smooth service flow. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for food, and want to grow within the restaurant industry. Paid training and advancement opportunities are available for motivated team members. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards Support chefs with basic cooking tasks, plating, and garnishing under supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines, including proper food storage, labeling, and temperature control Assist with bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining a clean guest environment Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours Support catering orders, special events, and prep for high-volume service as needed Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and safety practices is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication skills and a positive, reliable work ethic Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food quality Familiarity with Asian or Asian fusion cuisine is an advantage What We Offer Paid training Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-focused work environment
