Available Benefits Help for . Position Summary The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering excellent guest service and preparing high-quality food and beverages. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs. As a Crew Member, you will: Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests in person and at the drive-thru
Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and other menu items according to company standards
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quick service and order accuracy
Assist with restocking, prep work, and cleaning duties
Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs Preferred Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation Pay Range:
$10 per hour - $10 per hour Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements.
