Job Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing excellent service in a quick-service or fast-food environment. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience through efficient service, food quality, and cleanliness. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food preparation and handling. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Manage cash handling accurately during transactions using POS systems. Assist with food delivery from kitchen to dining area while ensuring proper food presentation and safety. Support team members with duties such as stocking supplies, organizing the dining area, and supporting kitchen operations as needed. Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast-food restaurants, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés is advantageous. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures is preferred. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy are required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
