What You'll Do As a Service Advisor (Service Writer), you'll be the link between our technicians and customers, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience by: Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle needs. Recommending appropriate express/light maintenance services. Communicating with technicians and relaying updates to customers. Providing honest, knowledgeable guidance with a focus on satisfaction. Closing repair orders and reviewing services upon customer pick-up.
