About us Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for crew members who are hard working, honest, loyal, and love working with people. The ability to multitask a must! The hourly rate includes average guaranteed tips of 3 to 4 per hour so the base rate is $13 to $15 per hour depending on experience . We are specifically looking for local employees who can work year round and have open availability and wants lots of hours. This Job Is Ideal for
