The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced enviornment. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. Duties Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Help set up for banquets or special events as needed, ensuring all food items are presented attractively. Participate in regular training on culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen, hospital or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various kitchen responsibilities.
