Kitchen Team Member

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food service and a love for cooking. You will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and menu plans Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation standards Participate in menu planning, contributing ideas for new dishes and seasonal offerings Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work areas Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours Utilize knife skills effectively for food preparation tasks Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring quality presentation of all dishes served Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary Experience Previous experience in a dietary aide or kitchen role is preferred Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry Experience in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, or catering is highly desirable Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on meal preparation and presentation Background in restaurant or food service environments is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail Join our team and contribute your culinary expertise while growing your skills in a supportive environment!
