Full Job Description Kitchen Fry Cook Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Assist with daily kitchen operations, especially the fryer station. Prepare and handle ingredients according to the chef's instructions. Prepare and cook fried food while maintaining proper oil temperature and cooking time. Assist with food preparation and plating. Keep the fryer station and kitchen area clean and organized. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred. Fryer experience is a plus, but not required. Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Must maintain a clean and organized work area.
