Chef, Line Cooks & Dishwashers!• We are looking for motivated and reliable Kitchen Staff to become a vital part of our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you'll be hands-on in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Your enthusiasm for food service and hospitality will help ensure our guests enjoy delicious meals and excellent service. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, this position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a lively, team-oriented setting. Duties Assist with food preparation and cooking of menu items following established recipes and standards. Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene are maintained at all times. Help with food presentation and plating to meet quality expectations. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and proper storage of ingredients. Aid in the setup and breakdown of banquet or special event food stations to ensure timely service. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when needed. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and assisting with guest needs in dining areas. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Experience with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, or culinary environments is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations. A positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.
