Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including wiping down surfaces, washing dishes, and sanitizing equipment Support food running and serving efforts to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when moving supplies or equipment Follow food safety protocols for proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Operate POS systems like Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently during service Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and enhance guest services in person Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling, and safety standards is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and movement of supplies Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus Demonstrated commitment to hospitality, guest services, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
