We are a seasonal business but are open year round. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring high standards of food preparation and service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow team members to maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and quality in the kitchen. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals during peak service times. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for food preparation and a willingness to learn new skills in the culinary field.
