Job Overview Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available (Apply in Person) Valley View Saloon is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant open year-round , and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our team. We're a busy restaurant with a seasoned staff and a strong team environment. The right candidates will have a great attitude, be willing to learn, work well with others, and take pride in doing their job well.
LINE COOK
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our established kitchen team. What we're looking for: High-volume restaurant experience preferred Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen Comfortable working as part of a team Strong attention to food quality, consistency, and presentation Ability to follow recipes, tickets, and kitchen procedures Dependable and punctual Able to communicate effectively with the kitchen team Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station Positive attitude and willingness to learn Responsibilities may include: Preparing and cooking food to recipe and restaurant standards Managing multiple tickets and priorities during busy service Proper food handling, storage, and sanitation Maintaining a clean and organized station Restocking and completing prep as needed Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team to keep service running smoothlyDISHWASHER
No previous restaurant experience necessary — we are willing to train the right person! The dishwasher plays an important role in keeping the entire restaurant running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, takes direction well, and isn't afraid to stay busy. What we're looking for: Great attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stay on task during busy periods Willingness to help with basic kitchen cleaning and other tasks as needed Pride in keeping the dish area and kitchen clean and organized Responsibilities may include: Washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keeping dishes and equipment stocked for the kitchen and front of house Maintaining a clean and organized dish area Taking out trash and assisting with general kitchen cleaning Helping the kitchen team with additional tasks when needed Following restaurant sanitation and safety standardsWHAT WE OFFER
