Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while handling cash register operations with precision. Prepare and assemble food items according to safety standards and quality guidelines, including basic food handling and sanitation practices. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales by recommending popular or promotional products. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, kitchen equipment, and dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food preparation and service in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant setting. Manage retail sales transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service during busy periods, including bussing tables and assisting with food delivery when needed. Skills Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling techniques and sanitation procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods. Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on upselling and enhancing the customer experience. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean workspace in compliance with health standards.
