We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join us in furthering this work. www.wsesu.org/socjus Guilford Central School is seeking a dynamic, effectual team member to join our Supportive Teams for Educational Progress (STEP) team through September 30, 2026. Candidates for this position will be responsible for following positive behavior support plans, written by a BCBA, to support students behaviorally, socially, and emotionally, as well as provide some academic support in classroom settings when needed. Applicants with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential are preferred. Qualified applicants for this position will have two years of college-level education, preferably in the area of early childhood or elementary education. Candidates should have the ability to support behavioral and social skill development in a general education environment, and strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis in a school or home setting is highly preferred. The STEP Paraeducator position is placed on Wage grade 4 (range $19.96-$27.81), 191 days per year for 6.67 hours per day.
