Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients with precision and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Support cooking processes by following recipes and instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors Handle food handling tasks safely, including storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures Buss tables and support serving staff during busy service times to ensure smooth operations Contribute to banquet setups and catering events as needed, ensuring timely and quality food delivery Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and uphold high standards of hospitality Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety protocols Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers courteously Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving supplies Experience with food handling, cooking, and serving in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is advantageous Familiarity with banquet service or large-scale catering is a plus A positive attitude combined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about culinary arts, eager to develop your skills in a lively environment, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality!
