Role:
Mercurys Coffee Co. is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep Specialist to join our growing production team. This position supports our Kitchen team with daily food preparation, production, and organization. If you enjoy working with food, staying busy, and being part of a fast-paced team, this is a great opportunity to build your kitchen experience and grow with us.What You'll Do:
Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and daily production needs Portion, assemble, package, and label food for delivery to our café locations Assist with prepping sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other kitchen items Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures to ensure consistency and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and prep area Restock ingredients and supplies and properly rotate inventory Support the Kitchen team with daily production and prep needs Qualifications At least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Willingness to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and use motor skills constantly.
