Lifetime of Love Nannies. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Nanny with experience supporting children with Autism and ADHD/Special Needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in the Bellevue, WA area. Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, individualized care for children with Autism, ADHD, and other special needs Implement structured routines and behavioral strategies to support daily development Assist with therapy-based activities, sensory play, and educational exercises Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding child progress and daily activities Manage challenging behaviors with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques Support children with daily living skills including meals, hygiene, and transitions Coordinate and accompany children to appointments, therapies, or extracurricular activities as needed
Requirements:
W2 Employment Prior experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, or other developmental/special needs Familiarity with ABA therapy, sensory processing strategies, or IEP support is a strong plus CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Patient, nurturing, and adaptable demeanor with a genuine passion for special needs care Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents and care teams Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
