Beecher's located at Bellevue Square Mall is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Team Members to join our team! This position is full-time and starting hourly rate of $17.25, plus expected average tips of $7-$9 per hour ($24.25-$26.25 average total per hour). Weekend and night availability required; closing shifts go until 9:30pm. Will be expected to work some shifts at our Beecher's Overlake location.

1+ years' experience in high-volume, fast-paced café, retail, or food prep setting Basic computer skills to operate our retail POS system Experience maintaining and balancing a till Extraordinary communication and multitasking skills High attention to detail Must be able to stand for 4+ hours at a stretch Excellent record of attendance, reliability, and initiative in previous employment Must acquire State Food Handler's Permit Must have weekend and night availability (closing shifts scheduled until 9:30pm) Must be able to work shifts at both Beecher's Bellevue Square and Beecher's Overlake locations
Responsibilities:
Greet guests, identify their needs, and assist with purchases Follow proper procedures for food safety Prepare and serve hot and cold food Educate guests on our Pure Food Commitment Provide product recommendations Maximize sales by practicing up-selling and ad-on sales Restock and merchandise as directed by management Attends to routine store cleaning, maintenance, and operation Cross-train to prep food Commitment to
