In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payment handling Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service Manage cash handling accurately during transactions Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food prep zones in compliance with sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Support kitchen operations including basic food preparation and sanitation tasks Ensure quick service delivery in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment Skills Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Experience in upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities Previous experience in quick service & fast-food restaurants or cafes is advantageous Ability to work well as part of a team in a retail or food industry environment Join our team as a Restaurant Crew Member where your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
