In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional food service experiences by preparing delicious menu items, managing customer orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from order taking to delivery, providing friendly and attentive service. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene protocols throughout your shift. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, ovens, and other food prep tools. Handle cash register operations and process retail sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Familiarity with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation standards within the food industry. Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Prior kitchen or café experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to successful candidates interested in developing their culinary skills.
