Kitchen Team Member Philly Ya Belly Kirkland Kirkland, WA Job Details Part-time $17.13 - $18.00 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Pre-cooking preparation Teamwork Cutting High school diploma or GED Food Handler Certification Communication with kitchen staff Full Job Description Kitchen Staff Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations Clean fryers and grease traps Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients Prepare and cook fried food items (such as fries, onion rings, aand similar items) using commercial fryers, following proper cooking procedures and safety guidelines Follow all food health and safety requirements Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors Kitchen Staff Requirements Food handler's Permit (King County) High school diploma or GED preferred Physical ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 50+ pounds Strong teamwork and communication skills Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred
