POSITION PURPOSE:
The Head Grill Master is responsible for delivering best-in-class food for our customers through the preparation and cooking of our signature fire-grilled chicken and other menu items to perfection. This role is dedicated to creating delicious, high-quality product and providing exceptional service, which contributes to our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction. Train other Grill Masters to prep, cook and clean properly Prepare, marinate, and season chicken in compliance with recipe standards and company procedures to achieve consistent preparation/presentation of food. Maintain proper quality and quantity levels of all food items throughout shift based on projections and actual business activity. Assist in preparing other food items according to company standards - this may include, but not limited to, the preparation/assembly of hot/cold food, salsa/dressing preparation, and condiment packing. Adhere to all food safety, workplace safety, food rotation, and sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a safe/healthy environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Clean and sanitize entire work areas including all equipment, tools, storage containers, grills, and hoods. Help process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Welcome customer feedback and address any comments or concerns they may have. Ensure that all feedback is communicated promptly to the restaurant management team for swift resolution and continuous improvement. Assist in the training of new cooks; support front and back of house operations, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.Benefits:
