Duties Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining area, and food prep stations, adhering to sanitation standards. Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, credit card payments, and giving correct change. Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing excellent customer service. Assist with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing sales accurately. Food safety knowledge and understanding of sanitation practices are highly valued. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus but training will be provided.
