Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently following established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders. Support other team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food safety protocols. Manage time effectively during busy hours to keep service smooth and guests satisfied. Skills Previous experience in food preparation or fast food restaurant environments is a plus but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with an upbeat attitude and ability to upsell menu items confidently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Good teamwork skills with a positive approach toward supporting colleagues in a quick service environment.
