In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware Follow food safety protocols and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to deliver high-quality dishes Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to support guest satisfaction and restaurant flow Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and special events Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and safety standards is advantageous Experience with serving, bussing, or hospitality roles enhances your ability to deliver guest-focused service Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is a plus Experience working in hotel or banquet settings can be beneficial for supporting large-scale events Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellent food and exceptional guest experiences.
