Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality food and service to our guests. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital part in meal preparation, food safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe cooking environment. Help with the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces. Support the culinary team in catering events and special functions as needed. Participate in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Assist in food expo to patio diners Experience Previous experience in food service or a restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Basic culinary skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques will be beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
