Maintenance Technician

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will handle a variety of repair and upkeep tasks across our property and facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, knowledgeable in multiple trades, and able to troubleshoot and fix issues quickly and effectively. Responsibilities Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry. Complete preventative maintenance and inspections on facilities and equipment. Respond promptly to repair requests from management. Maintain safe and clean work areas. Assist with seasonal setup, breakdown, and special projects. Assist with snowmaking during the snow tubing season. Be available to work weekends and holidays. Qualifications Experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general home/maintenance repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Reliability and willingness to work weekends are a must. Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred. Schedule & Pay Full-time position available. Weekend availability required. Pay based on experience.
