RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will vary depending on whether you are assigned to the Front of House or Back of House and may include: Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests Take and prepare customer orders accurately Operate registers and assist guests in the dining room or drive-thru Prepare, cook, and assemble food according to Chick-fil-A standards Work across multiple kitchen stations, including breading, fries, boards, prep, and stocking Maintain quality, speed, cleanliness, and accuracy Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work safely around restaurant and kitchen equipment Support other team members during high-volume shifts
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must have Friday and/or Saturday availability. No experience is required—full training is provided Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Friendly, team-oriented, and coachable attitude Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
