Sea Colony Recreational , located in Bethany Beach, DE , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Beach Lifeguard ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation:

$22.00 per hour

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Schedule:

Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays if necessary. Key Responsibilities of the

Beach Lifeguard:

Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety. Administers first aid to minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises of swimmers. Enforces the rules of conduct. Checks the first aid supplies and reports needed items to management in a timely fashion. Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Lifeguard:

Must pass a Run and swim test. Must have Red Cross Lifeguarding before first day of work. Must pass EMR/First Responder certification (offered after hired).

Other Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance. Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes.

Eligibility Requirements:

H-2B visas are not eligible for this position. International J-1 applicants must be currently enrolled as students.
