Outside Pool Supervisor

The Coastal Club is seeking an Outside Pool Supervisor! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Supervise daily operations. Managing the guest check-in processes and ensure a welcoming experience. Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting pool environment for members and guests. Oversee cleanliness of pool areas, remove debris, removing garbage, power washing surfaces, and maintaining patio furniture. Conduct routine maintenance checks (e.g., pumps, skimmers, drains). Train staff and uphold high service standards. Address member concerns with professionalism, patience, and strong customer service skills.
