Job Description
Elon Property Management is a dynamic leader in the multi-family housing industry; we offer full-service property management to a portfolio consisting of over 20,000 units across 20 US markets. You will work alongside property staff to ensure our residents can safely enjoy the pool at the property by enforcing rules, inspecting safety equipment, as well as providing life saving measures in emergency situations. Ideal candidates will possess the following: Ability to swim in several water conditions and temperatures CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certifications Knowledge of general safety guidelines, in and out of the water Ability to perform life-saving procedures, like CPR, injury treatment, and water rescue Ability to enforce the rules of swimming areas Effective verbal communication All offers will be pending drug and criminal background screening.
