Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team for part-time and full-time hours. The full-time position has benefits available. The ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool guests while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong swimming ability, knowledge of first aid and CPR, as well as skills in pool maintenance and cleaning. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests at all times. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe swimming environment. Provide first aid and emergency care as needed, including CPR when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness. Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal safety standards. Offer exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and emergency response techniques. Perform heavy lifting as required for equipment setup or pool maintenance tasks. Experience Previous lifeguard experience is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary. Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and basic life-saving techniques is essential; certification may be required or provided upon hiring. Experience in guest services is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with pool maintenance practices. Pay:
