Full Job Description Overview:
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for Boston's residents by partnering with various organizations to offer a wide range of comprehensive programs and activities tailored to neighborhood needs and interests.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Watch individuals swimming to ensure safety.
- Point out any unsafe behaviors within the pool facility and address them.
- Assist with swim lessons as needed, providing support to instructors and swimmers. Swim to build endurance and improve personal swimming skills.
- Prepare for Lifeguard course prerequisites by practicing necessary skills and techniques.
Job:
Swimming:
Comfortable and skilled in swimming.
Attentiveness:
Ability to stay focused and alert while monitoring swimmers.Comfortable in swimming attire:
Able to wear swimwear and maintain comfort while performing duties.- Willing to swim daily: Ready and willing to participate in daily swim practices.
