Lifeguard Supervisor - Holiday Inn Maple Grove $15-17.50 As a Lifeguard Supervisor , you'll oversee daily waterpark operations, ensuring both fun and safety. You will assist the Waterpark Manager with scheduling, training, and maintaining a high-performing lifeguard team while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the lifeguard team. Oversee waterpark operations and ensure safety compliance. Assist with training, scheduling, and performance management. Engage with guests to maintain a positive and fun atmosphere.
